We're Moving in 2025!
After 15 years here on Washington Street, we have plans to move out when our leases expire early in 2025! It currently appears that we are headed toward Hyde Park.
This location will provide not only better parking in a safe neighborhood, but should also allow space for additional services.
Please stay tuned as we firm up plans for this new location. Updates will be posted on the homepage of our website, on Facebook, and in newsletters.

- Our office is across the street from the Palace Diner in the medical professional building at 207 Washington Street Poughkeepsie, NY 12601.
- We are across the hall from Labcorp in Suite #103.

Patient care hours effective August 2016 :
- Mon thru Thur-- 8 AM to 6 PM
- Friday -- 8:30 AM to 5 PM
- Sat -- 9 AM - 12 PM
We are closed on the six major holidays. Check our Facebook page for snowstorm closings.
Visits are by appointment; please call before coming down. Phones open 8 to 7 Mon - Thur, 8 to 5 on Fri, and 8 to 12 on Sat. Established patients can book urgent visits 24/7 through the portal. We do see same day appointments!
